Today I'd like to share with you a work of improvement and upgrading of A toy figure.

The figure on which I worked is called TERMINATOR T1, was in the last film of the Terminator series, Terminator - the awakening .

The figure is actually the first robot manufacturing series of Sky-Net ,for those who knows the story.

Playmates company, Released to market the terminator toy line.The T1 is a simple, wheeled robot body and  mechanized  the upper body with guns that rotate around. Also guns are basically plastic missiles that clicking a button on the side makes them fly.

Did you found the differences between the movie and the toy figure?

So i decided to imprive this figure and make it more like the movie:

1. I  dismantle the toy to parts.
2. I cut the base of the gatling - missile launcher.
3. I painted base color - gray
4. After the color dryd up, i sprayd Chrome color on the parts.
5. I add  aluminum gatling guns (i buy it from hobby stores).
6. I have assembled the parts.
7. And for last, i add detaild colors for the body, tracks, head and other parts on the figure.

Now the TERMINATOR T1 looks like that:

This is now an improved figure

IGEAR'S RAGER& SPRAY

Hello to you all,

Today i would like to talk about a 3rd company of toy makers.

Tday there are two transformers manufacturers - HASBRO & TAKARA-TOMY.

This two create for years transformers lines and with new series, they make new toy figures.

In some cases of figures that we buy, we think - "what would happend if the make a transformer more TV like then just looks like?", what if they add new transformation stuff, make the toy more attractive.

This is the place were 3rd company of transformers gets in. this companys take the original toy and upgrade it so it would be " more then meets the eyes" . They invest in details and new mode of transformation.

In the past 3-4 year we see more and more 3rd companys that create new and improved transformers. One of this companys is IGEAR TOYS.

And today i will talk about IGEARS new G1 like toys.

IGEAR is a 3rd company, based in Hong-Kong, and they make none official transformers.

The figures i will show today are: RAGER & SPRAY

This figures are A G1 improved transformers ( courtesy of  TFW2005 & SEIBERTRON ) :

This new figures represent the G1 of the transformers line with great inprovment such as in articulation and transformation.

The figures them self are made from good plastic quality, you feel the safe transformation, it wount brake.

I enjoy transforming them and posing them as i see fit.

I recommend of adding them to your shelfs.
